Sourcing Sites for Development or Disposal
Stonefield has access to a network of regional and national housebuilders and developers who require land opportunities with or without planning permission. We are proactive and source premarket and off-market land opportunities to meet your requirements, through our network of land owners, land promoters, and agents, built over twenty years. Additionally, we assist clients in restructuring their land assets portfolio to meet new objectives. We also work with a number of Strategic Land promoters, acting as intermediaries between landowners and developers, guiding them through the complex planning system and maximizing the value of the land.
Site Feasibility Assessment Service
We have our own due diligence process and pool of architects to review, investigate and optimise planning/development work to improve planning stage success, mitigate land value risk and potential construction cost shortfall.
Land & Build Packages Through Partnership
We offer a full package deal process, introducing well-established and suitably experienced housing contractors to our network of Registered Providers and Local Authority clients, with the added bonus of bringing land forward at the same time.
Section 106
Our key role in this sector is to place S106 Affordable Homes on behalf of developers to our network of Registered Providers with a focus on delivering best capital offers and suitable terms and conditions. In addition, we offer a Section 106 advisory service, where the placement of S106 Affordable Homes fails to secure offers.
Ongoing Support
We are committed to the process of completing the project and work beyond the feasibility and introduction stages, stepping in to deal with any issues that arise, to coordinate the project and communicate between partners to keep it on track. In addition, we work with developer/contractors at different levels to assist in the process of entering the Affordable Housing sector. We advise on regulations, specifications, Employer's Requirements and more, in readiness to deliver Affordable Homes to Registered Providers.
